Savage UTV continues to be the industry leader in UTV drive belt storage. The REVOLVE is the next evolution in multi-use storage for your spare drive belts plus so much more.
Each REVOLVE case is designed to hold 2 spare belts from any major UTV manufacturer. In addition to your belts, the REVOLVE has 2 layers of tough EVA foam that are completely customizable to the drivers needs. These foam inserts can even be removed to add a first aid kit, tow strap, impact driver, or recovery gear. You can set up your REVOLVE for overlanding, pre-running, rock crawling, open desert racing, or fun family cruising.
The REVOLVE case is designed to rest on top of the outer ring of your spare wheel and strapped in using any "Y" strap. Molded from a tough, durable, 1680D Nylon shell, each case is specifically designed to offer the highest level of protection to your belts, tools, gear, and supplies. The outer zipper creates a water resistant barrier to moisture, dirt, mud, silt, and debris.
Does not mount on Cage Wrx or Trinity Spare Tire Carriers.
Layer Options:
Standard EVA Foam. More of a rigid, closed cell foam. Has 2 rings precut for easy removal to replace with your spare drive belt. This foam is more difficult to cut. Best results are found by cutting with a jigsaw.
Customizable Kaizen Foam. Easier to cut and customize by simply using a razor blade, (16" diameter circle).
Universal Cut Out EVA Foam. The Universal cutout is large enough to fit a Quick change belt tool (as shown in the image above) or any other items you want to add. 12" round with a 10.5" x 4" cut out in the center and two rings around the outside to be removed when your belt is added. .
First Aid Kit. Includes: Ripstop pouch, (1) Tourniquet with instructions, (10) Fabric bandages, (6) Antiseptic towelettes, (4) Nitrile gloves, (4) Sterile gauze pads, (3) Triple antibiotic ointment, (3) Steri-strips, (1) Emergency survival blanket, (1) Ace wrap, (1) Triangle shoulder bandage, (1) Multi trauma dressing, (1) Kerlix wrap, (1) Burn gel, (1) First aid/CPR guide, (1) Trauma sheers
Tow Strap. These are 1 in x 15 ft heavy duty tow recovery strap. These straps have a 7,000 lb break, 2,333 lb WLL. These straps are made of 2 layers of USA long lasting polyester strap webbing sen together for added strength.
