Product Description
This tool is needed whenever you remove the bolts/mounts holding the motor and transmission together.
Transmission input shaft size (We recommend measuring yours if unsure):
- Tool #1: Â 22.4 MM secondary shaft hole Inside diameter. Tool fits 2016-2021 RZR Turbo, 2018-2021 RZR Turbo S, 2020+ Pro XP, Turbo R, All Years RZR RS1, New Body Style Ranger 1000 DOHC models, **2014-15 ONLY RZR XP 1000**
- Tool #2: Â 26 MM secondary shaft hole inside diameter. Tool fits 2016+ RZR XP 1000, 900S, 1000S, General 1000, XP 1000, Old Body Style Ranger 900/1000 2 & 4 seat models. May fit others as well. (Replaces Polaris PN PU-50658-A (for the models listed, or those that call out hole #4 on the OEM tool)
On RZR turbo models the inner aluminum clutch cover is what sets your distance apart. Â However there is still wiggle room in the bolt holes, so the alignment bar should be installed while tightening those bolts.
Features:
- Center to center distance should be checked if your belt life is suffering. Â Many vehicles do not have the correct center to center distance from the factory.
- Simply remove your clutches (primary clutch puller needed) and install this tool on the secondary shaft (larger hole). Â Bolt the smaller hole end to the crankshaft with your OEM primary clutch bolt.
