- For those looking to replace their factory 2022-Up Pro R 4 Cylinder P90X HD secondary clutch. Â Clutch comes with AA heavy duty rollers installed, which are machined in-house from the highest quality material. Â Available in OEM setup (OEM helix & spring) or loaded with AA helix, spring and butter shift washers. Â If choosing loaded with AA helix/spring, Â you must already have primary adjustable clutching. Â Contact us if you need to order primary clutching or see the appropriate S4 clutch kit if a replacement primary clutch is also needed.

- The Pro-R comes with the biggest CVT clutch ever fitted on a UTV so far. It has unmatched cooling/airflow to keep the longer belt cool, and some great features. However, this large diameter P90X clutch system still has some flaws. Â The biggest problem with Pro R clutching is they do not have enough belt grip. Â Just like the Pro XP/Turbo R/'21+ RZR Turbo models, the secondary spring is too soft from the factory, but just adding a stiffer spring is not the correct solution. Â It's the combination of parts that adds correct belt grip. Â Our kits help combat this with a custom AA helix and stiffer secondary spring yet for even better belt grip. Â We go from seeing a ton of black belt marks on the secondary, to almost nothing during long wide open throttle abuse testing. Â Our Clutch kit on the Pro-R ramp up RPM faster for better acceleration out of the 4 cylinder motor, making them accelerate much faster and quicker response. Â After many tests to hold consistency/RPM run to run, we gained nearly 7 RWHP of ramp up power at roughly 40 MPH over the OEM helix/S2 clutch kit! Â This shows us what we felt when driving, the OEM helix is not transferring the torque of the big 4 cylinder.

- Longer belt and clutch life. Â This kit allowed us to run on 1 belt in a 350 mile wide open/high speed Iceman race and had more life left. Â Others with OEM clutch or other kits had belt issues.
- The AA helix has MUCH less roller/ratcheting noise when going from load to unload on the driveline. Â Our role pocket is smaller and without the EBS notch (don't worry they still have great engine braking, especially in low). Â This also helps extend secondary clutch roller life.

Standard Load: The Standard Load clutch kit is meant for stock or near stock size tires and is the one for most fast pace riders or racers. If crawling with a 2 seat model on 34-35" tires we recommend the High Load setup. You'll sacrifice some acceleration but have much better low end belt grip for less belt slip.
- 2 Seat Models: 32-35" dirt tires or 30-32" paddles
- 4 Seat Models: 32-33" dirt tires or 28-30" paddles

High Load:Â The High Load clutch kit is meant for those with larger tires or riding style is mostly low speed crawling
- 2 Seat Models: 36"+ dirt tires or 33"+ paddles
- 4 Seat Models: 34"+ dirt tires or 32"+ paddles
